Warehouse is separate from the delivery drivers best way I can explain it Amazon hires the warehouse working they control the routes and pre sort off packages than a third party who owns Amazon delivery station accepts routes and comes tot he station at a select time to pick up packages they only load the packages and deliver I hope I explain that right

For big ticket items like computers, tech, etc, I always go in store. I will make a drive to Bestbuy it’s less stress dealing with the delivery part.

i work at amazon and 100% its happening at the fulfillment centers. maybe the delivery station also but mostly those are loading and unloading trucks. id definitely figure out what amazon its coming from and call CS and tell em whats going on.
