maybe include it in the description of the airbnb and dm them asking about it? :) i think nothing is wrong with reviewing the state of your own house, especially since youve never left a negative review (as far as ive seen)

only way anyone would know who it is off of a first name is if they say its them. theres probably 1,000s of people of not millions with the same first name so no one would know which one it is they could only rule themselves out

I can definitely understand what that said customer says, but putting it on a realistic view if your name is not something like Ecopiqous or smth like it's really hard to tell a person by name and a blurred picture

While I also can see where she's coming from it was no reason for a 1 star review, especially when she could've come to you in private and asked you not to post a video on her, and she was completely anonymous, I think she heavily overreacted to the situation and didn't think about how her doing that over a small inconvenience could mess up your livelihood.
