When I learned to let my nips air dry so that the cracks and bleeding would actually heal! Used to just put them up right when I was finished pumping.

…to just feed them damn baby! Not the freezer, not the fridge, not the pump… just feed the baby. Get the latch right and focus on feeding your little one.
