Hot Dogs 🌭✨ 🇬🇧 Recipe below ⬇️ 🇹🇷 Türkçe tarif yorumlarda Ingredients 📝 For the sauce: 5 tbsp mayonnaise 3 tbsp ketchup 2 small pickles, finely diced 1 small red onion, finely diced Salt & black pepper, to taste For the hot dogs: 5 hot dog buns 5 hot dog sausages 10 slices cheddar cheese For the topping (optional): Finely diced red onion Pickled hot peppers, sliced Crispy fried onions Sriracha Preparation 👩🏻‍🍳 Start by making the sauce. Mix the mayonnaise, ketchup, diced pickles, diced red onion, salt and black pepper until well combined. Refrigerate while preparing the remaining ingredients. Using a sharp knife, score each hot dog diagonally in one direction, then repeat in the opposite direction to create a criss-cross pattern. Be careful not to cut all the way through. Cook the hot dogs in a pan over medium heat, turning occasionally, until nicely browned on all sides. Slice the hot dog buns open and place them next to each other in a baking dish lined with parchment paper. Spread about 1 tbsp of the sauce on the inside of each bun. Add 2 slices of cheddar cheese to every bun, followed by a hot dog. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (fan) for a few minutes, just until the cheese has melted. Remove from the oven and top with a little extra sauce, diced red onion, sliced pickled hot peppers, crispy fried onions and a drizzle of sriracha.
