@juicedbynesha: Last night we had our first official team meeting, and I genuinely enjoyed every moment of it. 🤍 We talked about a little bit of everything, but what stuck with me most was the pure, genuine love we have for one another. In an industry like this, you don’t always come across genuine souls. So when you do… cherish them. One of my biggest goals has always been to create the safe space I yearned for coming up in this career. I always wanted team-building meetings, bonding experiences, a true sisterhood behind the chair, and a salon environment where everyone feels supported, valued, and encouraged to grow. I’ve always said that if I ever had a salon of my own, I would implement the things I felt would have helped me succeed a little easier along the way. And now, I get to do just that. 🥹 If you know me, you know how important genuine bonds are to me. I’m a helper at heart, and being able to pour into others while building something meaningful together is a blessing I don’t take lightly. God truly could not have given me a better team. 🙏🏽 Each of them brings something unique to the pot, and together, we’re creating something bigger than any one of us.
