i’m 7 weeks pregnant, also curvy and you’ve really inspired me to do the no refined carbs and high protein diet! so far i’ve been doing well really hoping i can achieve this as well as you! thanks for posting all of this you’ve really helped me stay in a positive mind set that you can absolutely have a healthy pregnancy and be a curvy woman!

You DO look cute! Just had to say watching your videos has inspired me. I’m working to lose some weight before my husband and I start trying but I know I won’t be to my ultimate goal and will still be overweight and have been so worried about being pregnant and plus size and gaining weight. It’s so comforting to know it IS possible to stay healthy and not gain a ton of weight through a pregnancy. Thank you so sharing 😌

I wanna do no refined carbs as I just tested positive but this first trimester is rough already 😆 you give me hope that I can survive right now and still gain as little as possible in the second and third!
