im having a colonoscopy procedure in Sept. I have to stop my shot 10 days before. ugh, so I'm going to be in the same boat. I'm worried about the food noise coming back.

you'll do fine when I lost the majority of my weight after gastric bypass 2 years later I had skin remove off my abdominal area. it was quick and easy and in one day I did not stay impatient at all. I've never had my arms or anything else done although my arms could use a little bit of work they're not bad but they're needing some TLC. LOL but my boobs I would love to have them repositioned. LOL okay those are the only two things that I think I would do.

I have been off the glp1 since the end of April beginning of may. It sucks. My insurance won’t pay till I’m off it for 6 months. It’s been ok. I haven’t gained any weight back but I’ve been in the gym 3-5x a week. It’s nice to know that I may not need it to maintain. But as far as getting smaller I doubt it. I’m strong as hell now though.
