Did Owen already have the salmon before? Do you consider each fish its own allergen? So introduce salmon one day by itself and then a few days later introduce sardines?

This seems like the hardest allergen to keep in baby’s diet regularly!! Nuts and eggs are easy to feed them often but I’m not even buying fish for our family often. I’ll probably just get a pouch from time to time.

When I feed my baby sardines. He’s just in his diaper and then it’s bath time afterwards. Lol he eats it, plays with it. Sardines taste good but they’re so stinky.
