at this point, the trail should stop and instead of trying to figure out if she was mental or not, they should reopen to see if she did it. obviously things are popping up in this trail that doesn't make sense.

The DA overshot this case, rushing to charge Lindsay with murder because the public were (rightly) outraged at the deaths of 3 children. But this is very sloppy casework that no amount of bows can cover up.

The line of questioning is to put doubt in the jurors mind that he made those searches because if she did it, it would show premeditation and throw the insanity defense out the window, it wasn’t the o gotcha moment you think it was just like everyone misinterpreting his questioning of the trooper and the hospital call.

I have a question! So she never confessed to police at all.. just him and a doctor.... On a phone call that was recorded....right after being extubated and on meds in the hospital??the arrest warrant was signed sealed and delivered within 21 hours of the 911 call with nothing back yet such as the forensics of the home, vehicles, computer, cells phones, autopsies, surveillance for everyone etc. while she was still hospitalized and intubated and couldn't speak? Is that normal? Also Patrick's new wife is an "expert" in biochemistry and had a grant from Abbvie to research the pharmodynamics of Elagolix. A drug that is hormone based so wouldn't show up on tox screens but has the potential for side effects like insomnia and suicidal thoughts? Was that looked into?

People are so stupid she killed her children she is pleading not guilty due to insanity. She and her defense team are not arguing that she did it they are debating if she did it while she was in a state of insanity or of sound mind . SHE KILLED HER CHILDREN !
