been with 3 companys now i have that exact story with usxpress miles good at first then went to shit did that for 2 years went to a local company for about 6 months pay was okay ig home every weekend got fired for getting a speeding ticket that i beat in court got on with my current company been here a little over a year now and its great i dont foresee myself ever leaving this company

In every fairness, if recruiters/companies would be held accountable for lying to get drivers in the seat. Example: This is a dedicated run, drop and hook on both sides. Truth: Live load and unload on each side WITH appointment times. *Any driver knows that the first description is an AMAZING job. The second job is trash with limited miles. 💯💯💯

I just started at my job a week ago. I had called my TM about my concerns on miles yesterday and she's real cool. She did explain her role so I had a better understanding of what she can and cannot do, but knowing what she's limited to helped me plan better with what I needed to do on a regional account. It sucks being a new driver, but the longer I stick to it, the faster I'm understanding how things work. Every company is different because I came from Schneider and wrnt to Werner, but the pros at Werner definitely outweighed the cons at Schneider for sure.
