literally fixed every issue i had at first i got sick yes but because my immune system wasn’t used to the bacteria after a month it was literally like nothing. imagine waking up like you were never tired and having so much energy throughout the day that’s literally what happened with this. not only that since eating it this way the meat is harder to chew so it makes my bite stronger over time
