What is the obsession with shoe cabinets, who keeps all of their shoes just inside their front door? Who wants their sink outside of the bathroom so they have to touch the door handle with unwashed hands to leave the bathroom to even get to the sink to wash their hands?

it is always a good idea to place an unnecessary diagonal wall in the living room with an unnecessary curved sofa, and the fridge out of the kitchen how nobody thought about that earlier..., so when you are cooking you go out of the kitchen for the food, it comes from the same idea as the wet and dry area in the bathroom, so after taking a dump you can get out without washing your hands, so you can wash your hands in the living room ..

Honest question, who has ever wanted a bathroom sink outside of their bathroom? I see designs recommending this more and more, personally it's one of the most disgusting things I can think of and I would not be going near that house or toilet.

in 2016 no one likes a wet area. that stopped bring cool in 1970s. I have that in my 70s built apartment. And I can't wait to rip it out. It's awful

Idiotic. The LR is actually smaller. Open entry is replaced by tight access around the dining table. The kitchen is a mess. The refrigerator in the entryway?

cons: fridge isn't in kitchen anymore sink isn't in bathroom anymore bedroom is smaller circulation space is smaller and disrupted by new walls living room is smaller due to addition of angled walls and sofa pros: dining table placed in already available space (except 1 chair now blocked) door doesn't face bathroom door (how is this a pro?) ?????
