@mattandlibby: 🥩 New York Strips on the Big Green Egg tonight! Stopped by Moseley’s Meat Market here in Mobile and Dave had a special going on some beautiful New York strips he cut yesterday — $11.99 each! At that price, I couldn’t pass them up, so four of them came home with me. I marinated them in a little Allegro and Dale’s, added some seasoning, and now they’re headed for the Big Green Egg. 🔥🥩 And after a day in the upper 90s with that Coastal Alabama humidity pushing the feels-like temperature around 110°, apparently the logical thing to do is stand over a hot grill. 😂 Come along and let’s get these steaks cooked! Cheers, y’all! 🍻 Stay cool out there — and don’t forget to like, follow & subscribe! @Allegro Marinade @biggreenegg #Steak #BigGreenEgg #MosleysMeatMarket #MobileAlabama #MattAndLibby
