Ive had a triple discoptomy to stop severe sciatica & now im left with chronic back pain/butt pain,the surgeon told me it was my pelvis & si joint causing the problems ,nothing he could do to stop the nerve pain or constant burning on my lower back. Anytips welcome

My pain is exactly as described in the video; the pain does not extend to the ankle, but it is a stabbing pain in the shinbone area. It feels as if knives are being stabbed through it repeatedly.
