Why not use the coils to fish the spark plugs out after loosened and put them in before tightening? I would trust the coil more than a magnet.

Little tip, instead of the magnet .. Just stick the plug wires back in and press it gently and take the wire out and spark plug will come out with it 👌

Looks like there’s a bit of rust/corrosion on the porcelain side of the spark plug. Be careful when washing down your engine bay cause it looks like waters getting into the plug tubes
