You don’t have to warn me, Imma keep flying Frontier! NEVER have any of these issues ya’ll be on here complaining about. And the issues I may have had (delayed/cancel flights) I’ve had the same issues with American Airlines, Southwest & United Airlines. And I never have to worry about not having my bag because I haven’t checked a bag since 2019 TF🤣 My bags gonna be with me but the bag issue you are upset about has NOTHING to do with Frontier.

Unloading bags isn’t controlled by Frontier. It’s a 3rd party vendor they outsource to do that. Delta hires their own ramp agents and has a 20 minute certain policy to get bags quickly which is probably where the priority comes in at. They pay more for the priority. So it sucks if you’re at a smaller airport. I love frontier and fly monthly and never have had that issue. Maybe fly Delta next time.

I rode with frontier round trip and literally had NO ISSUES. The flight was on time BOTH times got to our destination faster BOTH times. And our bags were on the belt by the time we got there. The only negative thing I’ll say about frontier is l, they don’t have wifi and you pay extra for suite cases

report it to their baggage claim and file a report online as well. sometimes they pay you if the delay is unreasonable (2 hours is CRAZY)

I work in aviation it’s on the company the orders come from the airport itself. Could be a bigger operational issue.

A few days ago they canceled my flight at 2am, had to book a same day flight with southwest.. on my return it was a 9 hour delay 😂 never again
