Keep escalating your claim I had the same situation with my truck. It took them eight months. I escalated it probably 20 times but they did finally end up changing their mind if they have no evidence and all you have is proof you will win worst case scenario to contact financial service regulatory, but make sure you obtain the final positions letter from your insurance company
