I’m a dental assistant and you’d be surprised how people tell me their temporary crowns fall off. Just don’t chew with your front tooth or chew anything hard. Or use straws. If it comes off immediately go into the office to put the temp cement again.

I don't have most my back teeth long story but it was not just a recovery "rug" addicted bad teeth is all in my family and my grandma raised me we didn't brush are teeth or go to dentist

Also, try not to eat a lot of hard foods..try to avoid “chewy foods” and gummy candies etc…be very careful flossing because that is the number one thing that pulls it out …but….you got this!! Write that down! 🥰
