My son-in-law is on a destroyer with the Lincoln. He is a thin guy. He tells us he's lost 10-15 Ibs on this deployment. People don't realize it's not just the Lincoln it's the whole strike group that is being neglected. Hegseth is a damn liar.

Are the sailors lying? Or is Hegseth lying? As a spouse to a veteran, I KNOW these sailors have no reason to lie. They gain nothing from lying, so why would they? They are trained to endure difficult situations and environments. For them to BREAK like this? To WANT to jump? It takes a LOT to get there. So who’s lying? Is Hegseth lying? Or are the sailors??

Anyone who believes this is a real issue hasn’t been in the military before. Life in the military isn’t supposed to be luxurious, you do it for country not for self. A deployment is stressful and you go without a lot for months, just the sacrifices they make to keep our county safe.

Lol.... it's a deployment dude.... we went weeks without MRE deliveries and limited water supply on a regular basis 🤣 our grandfather's did like 2-3 years at sea at a time
