@chaneymakes: When finishing my hand quilted quilts, I recently started sewing a victory lap all the way around my quilt to lock in my hand stitches. I mark where the edge of my quilt will be with a fabric pen and sew 1/8” to the inside of that line. This makes it so my stitches don’t become loose when binding my quilt and also ensures it can handle whatever when the quilt gets to its new home. #handquilting #sewing #quilting #handquilted #quiltingtiktok
