Yep. Circa 2020 at the old place, Went in for their “Franklin’s-esque” brisket (almost indistinguishable) and fell in lust with that chicken. Wow! Smoked then fried? Delicioso!

This chicken is what I tell people to not skip when they go to Hellberg. Their brisket isn't bad, but lots of people do brisket as good or similar. I've never had chicken like this anywhere else. Sunday is the day to get it too because you can get a bucket of chicken and sides for a really good price.
