This was very informative. I have an internship at Lockheed Martin through my entire senior year and i was wondering whether it is a good idea to include it first if i’m going into engineering. I saw that you wrote “Also I wouldn’t put this first” so i was wondering if an internship being put first is a bad idea. Thank you

Hello! I just saw your video on competitions as extracurriculars and wanted to get your opinion on something: I've been participating in HOSA the past few years and each year I've done some sort of campaign (lasting from a few months to a full year). I did a year wide campaign on BDD awareness my Freshman year (winning 3rd place at state, qualified for ILC), then another one focused on type 2 diabetes for a few months (no awards). This upcoming year I was planning on doing a year wide campaign focused on social anxiety disorder. For each of these campaigns, my team and I planned and hosted various events, did fundraisers, and raised awareness through social media. However, after each year was over I stopped the previous campaign and moved on to a new topic (however we did have a significant impact with each of our campaigns and put in a lot of hours towards it). Am I allowed to list these campaigns on the extracurriculars section of my college apps? Would it be a good idea? I'd love to get your input on this! Also sorry for the long message!
