He switched everyone from his gifted Qatari plane to the old Air Force One plane in Turkey, because he fully expected the plane with the press pool in it to be blown up by Iran. He didn’t care about their lives, but he did care about losing his luxury Qatari plane that he plans to take with him when he leaves the White House.

I don't get why he didn't just stand on the top of the air force one steps and shakes his fist at the Iranians, just like he did during the assassination attempt on him, because as we all know Trump laughs in the face of danger.
