The last few days have been filled with little moments that have reminded me just how much healing can happen through connection. 🤍🌿🐴 A couple of beautiful massages have opened the door to some amazing opportunities with my “Healing Touch” work, and I’m feeling so grateful for where these little pathways are leading. I’ve spent time sitting quietly in the paddock with Sammy, watching her connect so deeply with Harley. Seeing her eyes fill with emotion as Harley lay so close, feeling that beautiful bond between them, was such a special moment. There really is something about being beside a horse that words can’t quite explain. I wandered through the rainforest to Curtis Falls, completely in awe of the ancient trees and the magic of the forest. 🌿 I may have got slightly lost on the way back and had to ask another lovely couple how to find the car park… 😂 but honestly, it was all part of the adventure. Today brought another beautiful experience with an intimate aerial yoga class. Just three participants, with the most gorgeous space overlooking the garden and a teacher who could really focus on each person’s form and offer individual assistance. It felt so calm, personal and nourishing. Then came another sunny afternoon in the paddock. Sammy spent some time between work with me and the horses, and I stayed for another hour just being still and soaking it all in. And Harley… she came right up close, as she curiously does, then gently rested her head over my shoulder and pulled me in as if she was giving me a hug. 🥹🤎 I feel like she knows I’m missing my heart horses back in Tassie. Maybe she was sending me a little hug from Alera. 🐴🥹🤎 These are the moments I keep coming back to. The stillness. The connection. The wisdom of horses. The feeling of being exactly where I’m meant to be in the present moment. I love horse wisdom. 🐴✨ #gypsycob #equineconnection #healingtouch #equinehealing #tamborinemountain
