I would pump and give her a bottle at night because she would get full faster and go back to sleep for an hour or two. If I breastfed her at night, she would cluster feed all night.

I traveled a lot postpartum, I promise that getting sleep is not a privilege, it’s also necessary. If you can take even 6 hours off for full sleep, you’ll feel so much better.

Something that helped me was only swaddling for naps/sleep and keeping him unswaddled otherwise. Either way clusterfeeding a baby wanting to eat constantly will happen regardless and it will help your milk supply. Just hang in there these first 2 months are the hardest!

try putting some.vibtation an warmth near her when sleeping,also u can give her a warm bath with lavender then feed her a nice slightly warm bottle, fresh diaper B4 u lay her down also make sure she is in a snuggle wrap hope this helps

First of all, you are doing amazing!!! And Girl, breastfeeding is not for the weak. You should look into combo feed. Mix formula and breast milk.

Hello, Mom. I don't know if this little trick is any good or not, and maybe you've already done it, but try to keep Monni wrapped in the swaddle, especially during sleep time. They say it helps babies sleep more soundly.
