Imo Sam is the better character and captain America because he is fighting harder for the title even though he was trusted and pick for it because he was perfect for it. Sam might not be Steve but he’s not meant to be like him. Captain America, not Steve or Sam, at the core is meant to fight for the American people, represent them, and bring them hope. Sam does that perfectly imo.

What's crazy but not crazy OR suprising is that white ppl were having this reaction in real life, they wanted Bucky to be the next Captin America, they had the same reaction with iron heart, and black panther from Wanda fans and it even reached the actors, don't let ppl tell you sht like this doesn't happen in real life and to this degree because they will be proven wrong everytime.
