It’s so funny to me that cops say that they’re out there looking for a reaction, but the auditor doesn’t do that. There’s the one that escalator even more and it just shows you how much a sergeant doesn’t know the law or our constitutional right so why are these people even out here harassing people there was no crime. It’s a public building and has called the first amendment.

4 things everyone should take away from this, especially people that are against this auditor. 1. Auditor is well aware of his rights. 2. Auditor is conducting himself in a professional manner. 3. Auditor does a good job explaining himself and trying to de-escalate, which officers should be doing. 4. The auditor is in a public building and HAS NOT Violated any laws. Forcing him to leave before he his done conducting his business while not violating the law is a violation of his 1st amendment, and his right to foia.
