I'm 40 and I just lost my mami on 5/16/26 and I feel completely lost without her and idk how to live without her it doesn't matter how old you are you ALWAYS need your mom.

i feel this so deeply, i am 20, 21 in 2 weeks. My mum passed of kidney cancer at 37, i was 8. I have recently found out i have some stuff wrong with my kidneys (hopefully not anything too serious) , the thought of dying didnt scare me. In my eyes, losing her killed me, so what does “dying” mean now. We have. a different aspect of the word, i hope your doing okay 🩷

You out living your mom, is a blessing in it self. My mom saw my brother die. It changed her till the day she passed away. I saw every day that my brother's death was too heavy to carry. Although I would love my mom to be with me, but knowing that she did not need to go through that pain again. I am "happly" carrying this pain that it means my mom did not experience that pain again. I miss my mom so much, and a huge part of me died with her.
