@wadeforstermusic: You can think of this record as a sequel to last year’s Gooseneck Party. It picks up where that record left off… the party’s over, and now we’re left to face the Sunday scaries. We even shot the covers for both records on the same weekend at the Charters Towers Rodeo back in 2025. Like Gooseneck Party, these songs are a collection of stories I’ve picked up along the rodeo circuit, stories from home and stories of my people. For the first time, we’ve also pressed this one on vinyl, which is pretty bloody cool. I really hope you enjoy this record as much as I enjoyed making it.
