I can’t find a better picture right now, it’s been almost a decade, but I once got an award for cleanest fryers in the district for Buffalo Wild Wings. Cleaned them 3x a week by hand.

one thing about canes is i love how attentive we ate with cleaning. yes some days we do deeper cleaning than others, but i’ve never worked at a restaurant that has cleaned as much as canes. closing is literally resetting the store to brand new. it makes me feel so comfortable to eat there.
