I don't understand the notion of having to study for a damn interview. Yes, have answers for popular questions already thought of. But am I expected to answer everything immediately after the question is asked? I'm not a robot, some of these questions can take a bit for your compose an answer. Especially: "tell me about yourself" "tell me about a time when....." "how did you resolve......." etc.

All of this is fine and dandy except for the first question. “Tell me about yourself” is such a broad question that it could literally mean anything. Without specification how am I supposed to know what you want me to say. Do you want my hobbies? My qualifications? Why I want this job? My personality? I think that question is redundant, because you already have other questions I could answer that with

honestly, i answered the "do you have anymore questions" at the end with "i actually dont. i think the way you described the job position through this interview and on the listing was very upfront and i feel confident in the position im applying for". they apparently really appreciated that answer :))
