That pat down was illegal 3 criteria for a pat down to be legal: lawfully detained traffic stop counts as lawful detention, specific articulable suspicion that person is armed he didn’t have that, third officer must have specific articulable suspicion that even if armed what made the person dangerous he didn’t have that so officer only had 1 of the 3 criteria needed to make a pat down legal
