@pt_tayloromalley: Getting diagnosed with lipedema can feel like A LOT. Where do you even start? If I was newly diagnosed, I’d keep it simple and focus on the basics first 👟 Movement — gentle, regular movement that feels good for your body. 🥑 Nutrition — focus on nourishing, whole foods and finding an approach you can actually sustain. 💧 Hydration — I aim for at least 2L of water each day. 🩳 Compression — if it’s accessible to you, compression can be a really useful tool for managing symptoms. 💊 My daily Lipera — this has simplified my supplement routine MASSIVELY. Instead of taking a cupboard full of different supplements, I can incorporate one product into my daily routine. And most importantly… don’t feel like you need to change everything overnight. Start with the basics, learn your body and build habits you can actually stick with. These are the things that have become part of my routine living with lipedema — not a cure or a replacement for medical advice. If you’re newly diagnosed, SAVE this so you can come back to it and feel free to reach out for more advice! #lipedema #lipedemafighter #lipera #dailyhabits #healthcoach
