I used to feel like I had to tell people I was wearing one if they complimented me. Now I just say thank you! 😂 But if you want to share that you're wearing one, that's fine too. Whatever makes you feel comfortable.

I always tell people it’s a wig. I’m proud that there are beautiful crowns out there that give me my confidence. Telling someone normalises the wig wearing, if it’s hidden then it’s still a taboo !
