Head. Next day, charges start rolling in. By the time we’re driving home: £50 pending. £115 pending. £165 ACTUALLY CHARGED. On a room they told us was already paid for. Were they trying to buy the hotel back off us?? I email the manager. Screenshots. Evidence. Everything. Their reply? ‘System error.’ After several working days, and a lot of back and forth, we finally got ALL our money back.
