Guys. The spaces can't be filled in because Teyvat is round. If you flatten it into a 2d map, there's going to be empty space if you don't want distortion. The difference between this and a traditional map is that the gaps are worked around the nations rather than slicing the terrain up, but it's like looking at this and going "But there's a whole chunk of Asia missing!" There isn't. You can actually see on the map that a lot of the empty spaces are shaped to fit together if you were to wrap the map around a sphere
