This is exactly why qualified immunity needs to go away so now the lawsuit should be paid out of the police officers pocket and not the taxpayers pocket and a police officer should go to jail for a assault harm attempted murder. He sick the dog on him that’s what would happen if it was the other way around if the 71 year-old is sick the dog on the police officer that’s all the charges would’ve been filed on him. Why are they above the law? Why are they special? They had six weeks of training.

The dogs need to be banned they are mostly used as a punishment. Dogs for drug search should consistently be 85% or higher accurate or the officer should face civil rights violations and the dog decommissioned
