PLEASEEE CAN YOU HELP with how to implement these systems into your life, i feel like i have type A drive in a type B personality and i have systems that i implement but then i don’t maintain them bc i tend to make them too complex from trying to optimise ! especially if you live with your parents !this video is very helpful already

I relate to this so much. I feel like I chose my whole career of the past 7 years (project/product managment) in an attempt to become a more structured person and it worked, but now I have am left with a career path that I have no intrinsic motivation for anymore and that feels like a bit of a mismatch against my true personality and natural abilities ---> identity crisis and career pivot, yay ✌️

My issue is that even when I try to create a new system, I am still inconsistent with it, like I keep forgetting to put my keys in the pot I specifically reserved for it on my radiator which is next to my door 😭

Im the same, my brain makes me create a mess sometimes, i love things and gadgets. But also hate clutter, hat being unorganised get overwhelmed by it. So I just choose to not have certain hobbies, to try to not own too many things etc

I like the crazy notes paper idea -> folder. I find it paralysing to have a dedicated notebooks because my notes are usually non-linear and jump from different subject areas, meaning I have many half filled note books
