that's a bunch of bull crap because he did not use his body as to block the vehicle he used his body as an excuse to say the suspect was trying to run me over why in the hell would you stand in front of a car that can do 140 miles an hour to say that you're trying to stop it that was just an excuse for him to kill the suspect😳

From what I’ve seen, he fired the weapon before stepping in front of car. It was almost like he stepped in front of the car to justify but he was gonna shoot anyway

it against police procedure to place yourself in front of a moving car. also if a suspect is fleeing unless they are armed and dangerous in the act of taking someone against there will it is unlawful to fire on suspect. that being said. I cant find fault in his actions under the stress of this situation.
