im st 4 incurable , should be popping my clogs next month ..ehh no lol , not going anywhere buttttt .. my prob is i really can't do the nutrition side cos I just dont have an appetite , I eat once a day and with the dry mouth and saliva glands having stopped working I struggle with many many foods ...help lol xx

Hi Henry,... had a very similar experience myself. had a diagnosis of heart, lung and kidney disease all at the same time 5 years ago! GP said I needed to prepare and I had no more than 3 months to live. like you, I decided I was going to change my outlook and do all I could to prolong my life. it's hard work,... but with thanks to Gary Brecker, a fantastic Human biologist and a dietitian, I changed the direction. cancer is a horrible thing, but it can be beaten. so keep up the great work and the positive mental attitude,.. I have blood cancer and recently diagnosed with lung cancer! I find having a positive attitude and taking a day at a time is the way to go, half way through treatment, take care yourself 🙏🙏🙏🙏

I got diagnosed with Lukeimeia in 2020 spent 12 months in hospital receiving chemo been all clear since thanks to the NHS , love this video mate great attitude just what is needed will follow and keep up to date 👍
