I think the referee is the only one should be charged since the other boxer has no control but to fight. Referee let the fight continue with visible blows to the back of head for all rounds.

I have seen this before the previous boxer that he had boxed. Was suspended from boxing due to his injuries. Now that he has passed away, he should be charged with manslaughter or murder because you knew the rules and regulations.
