everytime u pull a fuse and complete the circuit again you can be waking up modules which will draw power for a certain amount of time.

multimeter can be set to mA and test it with the negative terminal disconnected and do the exact same procedure to find what circuit has the parasitic draw.

You can use your multimeter and a chart that will show you approximately how many amps are flowing in a circuit by measuring the voltage across the fuse. You don’t need that tool
