@tomsmythmentoring: I used to wear being busy like a badge of honour. Full diary. Long days. Always something to do. But busy doesn’t automatically mean you’re moving forward. One of the biggest lessons business has taught me is to protect my time and put my energy into the decisions and actions that actually make a difference. I still work hard.
