Claude gave me a competitor's video with every cut, the on-screen text, and the timing of each edit. The catch: Claude has no video model at all. So most tools that say they analyze video are just reading the transcript. They miss the cuts, the overlays, the b-roll, and the hook, which is half of what makes a video land. This skill rips the video into frames, transcribes the audio, and hands both to Claude. The smart part is the sampling: the first 15 seconds get 15 frames per second, because that's where retention is won or lost, and the rest gets one frame every 3 seconds.
