I feel like the remakes of cartoon movies are really unnecessary because they change up everything in the movie or show like in the lilo and stitch live action it just made me super mad because we all know dang well nani wouldn’t have let lilo go no matter the circumstances

I say I like sequels and prequel rather than a remake because, remakes are just literally kind of the same plot just with different characters seagulls and prequel. Are you know new characters history before sad movie or said show or life after sad shows or said movie. The tricky thing with that though is when they get new characters and literally try to have the characters mimic the older cast and that’s where it gets kind of lost and then I don’t like it but if they make that person be a new character, their own personality then I think nine times out of 10 they’re usually good.

It’s gotta be done right though. They try to remake it and massacre the whole thing 😭. If you’re gonna remake a legacy show/movie, it needs to be just as good or better than the OG

Imo I hate them…I hate it because it gives that no one knows how to create anything anymore. Like why can’t writers write anything new?!?!? Produce something new?!?! It’s like there’s nothing but remakes or part 2 movies to stuff we do not need a part 2 of. I’m over it
