In a recent video shared by Alhagie B. Barrow, a suspected trap allegedly set by robbers can be seen along the highway. The incident prompted him to contact officers of the Police Intervention Unit (PIU), who were called to secure the area. The incident comes amid growing concerns over violent robberies in surrounding communities. Recently, a 40-year-old woman was reportedly murdered in Tujereng following an alleged robbery. Such incidents have sparked fear and anger among residents. The reported nighttime roadblock poses a serious danger to motorists using the highway and could potentially result in fatal consequences if urgent measures are not taken to improve security in the area.
