Me and my dad used to fish across the street in the ohio river he showed me it but he told me never go in there that it said no trespassing signs up. I used to live in the same subdivision Shanda’s dad lived on i think my mother said he owned the house we rented on congress. I went to school with her step brother or half brother larry in Clarksville i don’t think hd graduated he ended up quitting school he used to drive around a white 1980’s monty carlo i think he chopped the top of it off himself it didn’t look right.

when i visited here years ago, there was a bone alter with a slap of rock next to it that had Latin writing on it. I translated it & it said "to make the dead living again". pretty eerie place considering what took place there in the past.

All four teenage girls convicted in the 1992 torture and murder of 12-year-old Shanda Sharer in Madison, Indiana, have been released from prison. Melinda Loveless, the final defendant and ringleader of the attack, was released on September 5, 2019, after serving over 26 years of a 60-year sentence.

Sad place. One of the girls convicted of Shanda’s murder, lived across the street from us in the 90’s. It rattled our city. I still drive passed there at times. In the fall, you really can see everything as the trees are bare.

I went to school with Shanda‘s father. He was a good guy. He did not deserve what happened but then again no one would deserve that those girls should’ve rot in hell in jail. They should’ve rotted somewhere.
