This video is there to show drivers what to do when their cab is too hot to drive. Due to the safety aspect of the job, we have to take actions to protect our self as well as the passengers. We don’t want drivers to faint whilst driving a bus with passengers. Another reason why this video was posted is because a new driver said didn’t want to get into trouble for taking a break and was dreading driving the bus in the heat. So i made the video for driver like him. However this is not to be used and abused. In the video i said “when you DON’T want to drive” i should clarify and say that it should be when you CAN’T drive the bus due to the adverse weather and mechanical Bus.

I’m in morocco which is a 3rd world country, the buses & trams here all have air con & wi-fi,for London to not have aircon is a joke! The fares they charge every single damn bus should have it!

Wrong, you refuse the bus on the grounds that it is defective/not fit for purpose. The lack of adequate cooling poses a risk to the safety of your passengers and yourself. You then return the bus to the garage and wait for a bus with working air con or return to the road when temperatures lower. You are not refusing to work, you are simply requesting equipment that lets you carry out your job safely.
