its called prior restraint and its a deformation of rights undwr cor of law which is a federal crime commited by the cop opening up a 1983 federal lawsuit and possibly federal criminal charges

if I was a guy with the camera I would have set up on the bleacher or chair or bench that he was near and then look over the cop and continue videotaping Because unless that cop's going to jump or touch me he can't do nothing to me
