robin would be in trouble if he were to be caught interacting with robin since he's basically a fugitive and it would only taint robin's name and career as a public figure. plus it would also cause trouble for him. and obviously he wouldn't risk it. robin shared some information about penacony in exchange for her brother's freedom, with Jade. the 'eternal separation' U see in the false end credits of 2.2 quest is supposed to be metaphorical, how they became separated after the events of the penacony charmony festival, the consequences that follow if they interact openly (i think now it's been changed to 'long separation' coz of translation issue which gives a more clear wording which tells that they will meet again someday)
